Evaluation

START

Partners: In the first mobility meeting with the partners that took place in Valencia, the objectives of the project, the roles of each center, the deadlines to be met and the activities were established. An agreement was signed with all these sections in order to be able to monitor and evaluate the project throughout its duration.

Students/Families: Communication with the families was continuous from the beginning of the project, from the moment the participating students from each center were selected, both the students and their legal guardians signed a document in which they accepted the activities of the project, both within the center and the exchanges to other countries, the timing and the data protection.

DURING

Partners: In addition to the mobility meetings in the different countries involved, where the progress of the project was analyzed and objectives continued to be established and evaluated, there were also numerous online meetings, as well as the exchange of messages and shared documentation. After each meeting, an agreement was redrafted and all partners had to sign it. Due to the pandemic, an extension of the project had to be requested, since the programmed mobilities could not be carried out in that year, so in the following year all the mobilities and the multiplier event were carried out.

Students/Families: All member countries have held regular meetings with the students to advance in the project, the students have participated in the activities created in etwinning, also in this platform they have been able to communicate securely among them and it has been possible to establish a portfolio of the activities as well as an evaluation. Regarding the families, every time the project progressed or an exchange took place, they attended an informative meeting after which they signed a document with the agreements of the meeting.

FINISH

Partners: The final evaluation was the multiplier event that took place in Valencia and was attended and participated in by all partner countries, with student and teacher representation, as well as having an interview with each of the principals of each school. The guide was presented to the entire educational community and numerous guests. The objectives of the project have been met and the partners of Building Digital European Schools will continue to collaborate in present and future Erasmus + projects, therefore the final evaluation has been positive. In the meetings after the presentation we are working on improvement plans for the next projects.

Students/Families: After the multiplier event an informal evaluation was made by students and families from which it was concluded that the project had provided them both academically and personally a great experience and knowledge that will serve them for the future. All were grateful to both the different centers and SEPIE for offering this opportunity to their children.
